23th International Whitsun Tennis Tournament in Ottersweier
for Ladies ( 40-80 years ) and Gentlemen ( 40-85 years )
ITF/TE Veterans Circuit, Cat. 2

 

 

Rules of Tournament

 

 

 
1. Entitled to participate are tennis players who reach the respective age-groups in the year 2019. The tournament is open to everyone. Credits can be obtained for ranking lists, which you can find in the ITF-/ETA-/DTB-/BTV- schedules as well as in relevant magazines. The rules of the game are those of the ITF + TE as well as the German Tennis Association.

W 50, 60, 65, 70, 75

M  50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80+

Mixed 40, 50, 60, 65, 70, 80


Each player can play 1 Single and 1 double or mixed.

2.Location of the event:
Tennis-centre of the club TC Ottersweier 1990 e.V., Dieselstr.29, 77833 Ottersweier

3.Dates and starting times:
Tuesday, June 04 2019 for Ladies 65, 70, 75 + 80, Gentlemen 65 + 70 + 75 + 80 + 85
Wednesday + Thursday, June 05 2019 for the same age group
Friday, June 07 2019 for the same age group +Ladies 60 + Men 60,
plus qualification matches if necessary.
Saturday, June 08 2019 till Monday, JUne 10 each day from 9.00 a.m.

4. Match schedule:
Players will be informed for their first round matches if we have their mail-adress, telephone/fax number. In case you did not receive any information from us by Saturday, June 01th 2019 you can call

5. Binding registration:

6. Deadline for your registration:
May  27 2019

7. Drawing of lots: May 30 2019 at our tennis centre

8. Entry fee: Euro 65,-- which has to be paid by cheque on registration

9. Balls: Dunlop Tournament

10. Prizes:

Finalists will receive a price-money instead of a cup

11. General Rules:
Warm up time is five minutes. Up to the finals matches are to be played without a referee. Matches are decided by sets won (Tiebreak).
To start a competition, eight participants have to register. It is up to the organizers to combine age-groups, if there are not enough participants registered.

12. The organizers have the right and the sole responsibility to change or to adjust the above
rules in case of unforeseeable events or circumstances.
